Sizing:

If you are not sure about the size, we recommend to pass by a local jeweller or goldsmith to find out. Normally its a free service.

Changes:

I change sizes of rings if they not fit after receiving.
I also do small changes in design if the piece will allow it.
For both services I will not charge extra , apart from the shipping cost.
We won't  be responsible if your package gets lost during transit by UPS or any other way of delivery.
So far we never had any incident of loss or serious delay in my 5 years of delivering world wide.>

Shipping: 

Time frame: your order is a unique piece, which is handcrafted after purchasing the item. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on all jewellery.

We do make exception if you have an urgent order.

All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.

Returns and exchanges:

Adoro mi oro takes great pride in his products and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. Just as you are a special customer, your order is a special one. In some cases I do accept returns, provide refunds or store credits. It has to be studied individually.

Packaging:

Each jewellery piece has a very special packaging. They come in a box with dried flower leaves and other small delightful items to decorate and give joy.

Wedding rings come with dried rose leaves in an elegant jewellery box.
